This is very frustrating, the STL and several other venues have already sold out.  The purpose of the fan presale was to reward the fans by giving them first crack at tickets.  (I first heard of it from their post on FB)
--HOWEVER, the cocksuckers on the local alt radio station and riverfront times newspaper blabbed about it immediately--go so far as giving links to the presales on their sites...defeats the original purpose of a fan "presale" eh?

I regularly check on the website and am signed up for alerts But our radio station announced the Austin date before the info was on BK FB page, website or email alerts. They were actually giving away tickets since Sunday.

Bought 2 tickets for the Vancouver show, don't like how I don't get my tickets until a week before the show though.

Still trying to get tickets for Oakland, having been unable to get through on artist arena earlier in the week.  Now I get redirected to Ticketmaster, and need another password to get into the presale.  Can anyone help?

Fan pre-sale sold out in 3 minutes! 10 minutes late stubhub.com has 89 tickets at 3 times face value! How does this justify a fan pre-sale and people who actually want to go to the show getting tickets. These people are just trying to make money off the band! I thought ticket scalping was illegal!

Although it was super difficult, I kept trying to do it through the link at the top of this post and it would take me to Ticketmaster where you still need a code to buy tickets, which I ended up getting from a friend, it was "Theend" Idk if this is only that radio stations or what. . .but it would only let me get tickets in the shitty sections. I could not believe everything had sold out since it was like 15 mins past the presale release so I was looking on stubhub etc. when a friend told me he got two floor seats (GA) for $95.00 ea off another website. Not sure what that website was, so this isnt that helpful I realize :/ but just throwing it out there to whoever takes care of ticket sales, make it a little easier next time pls? I mean I'm not asking a lot, just to be in the front row at the best concert of the year. . . . and i would give whichever testicle Dan & Pat want to make it happen.
