oh man, the concert posters from the tour are hot commodities!
I really wish I'd purchased one at each concert I went to.
But then I wondered how are they making it home? Who's able to get it home and in good condition?

My Edinburgh poster never made it out of the gig. In "perfect" condition
Kept dropping it!!!
Limited signed amount were on sale before the gig, so i snapped one up damned quickly. Then had to hold on to it for the rest of the night. Luckily it escaped with just a couple of dusty foot marks on the back.
Didn't do anything to the overall look of the poster once up on my wall though

just curious Kieran-Lee, you are in Ireland? Why do you have a US flag?

Like i said couple of scuffs on the back though...overall its perfect.
That flag is one of those cheaply made novelty items, i found in a random shop one day for like a £1 or something i dunno....
Just bought it cause i like the old stars and stripes. I guess you could say it's more from my love of american music
You'd expect me to have a Tricolour or being from the North(which is part of the United Kingdom) a Union Jack wouldn't you? But - and im stereotyping/talking about old forgotten news a little here - when i see a Tricolour or a Union Jack it doesn't really give me a sense of patriotism and love for my country.
They bring up awful awkward political connotations about the "troubles" which i just can't shake. Just the way this country is. A few assholes still display one or the other flag as a way to scare the other, even though the "troubles" are long over and forgotten, ya know. Can't help it the flags reputation are tarnished forever for me and im sure plenty of others aswell

Interesting! I really don't know of the different flags from Ireland, or really follow its history.
But I assume it is the conflict between the two sides; (mainly Catholic vs. Protestant? )
Ever see "The Gangs of New York"? Awesome film.
And yes, America has invented quite a few music genre's, and in music is where we deserve credit.
but we are infamous for our politics
And in the U.S., there could be some conflict between the current flag and the confederate.
If a confederate flag is waived it could mean "Aryan" power.

No different flags, pretty much the Catholic vs Protestant thing, you got it in one!
anyway anyway anyway...... you got yourself a poster?
Im crossing my fingers and hoping and wishing upon a star
lol I get my hands on a poster from the two Ireland dates when they play here in August. Can;t wait to see what they look like.
Would be cool if they are like the London Alexandra Palace 2012 ones, ya know - collect one from each night and they make one big one or something like that

and this is the one from the last time they were in Dublin

Nice ones. I didn't want to carry a poster from the shows.
But I did buy one on Ebay -->Asheville, NC -The Arrows and board, with the flowing lady.
I think it was September 16, 2010

So it turned out they were only doing one poster
There were absolutely none available for any of the bands at the Fest (at least as far as I could see)
But the Dublin one is pretty cool. Wasn't sure if there were any pre-signed ones though

I really wanted the poster from the Staples Center show in Los Angeles last Friday... If anyone has one to sell let me know!
I attached the file. It's an awesome redo of a previous shot.

Love the ones that I got in October at the Santa Barbara and second LA shows. They've had some really great artists and good work on the posters. The EMEK Santa Barbara poster (green lenticular print) is one of my favorite ever
